Dave UOG is a consciou Hip Hop emcee from the Bronx, NY. With his distinctive vibrant sound and uplifting thought provoking lyrics  sets him apart as what he deems himself as a "speaker who speaks his mind in rhythm and rhyme".

Since being recognized from his "2K12 cypher" in 2012, Dave UOG has released several self-released mixtapes and EPs while opening for pioneering rap groups and solo artists such as the L brothers, Treacherous 3, Busy Bee, Funky 4 + 1 more.

Infusing entertainment with activism Dave UOG's mission is to empower others helping to raise awareness to listeners' greatest potential through music with profound lyricism. Hence the acronym in his stage name:

Ever since I was in high school, with a curfew sneaking out my mother's house, I would always pull up to my peer's shows or events unannounced, by myself and show love!  It felt like I was in every hood, I had no fear! To get this same support in return was special, and it caught me by total surprise. 

Thank you to the real h.i.e.ent family and my big brother Markie 3. I was awarded as a token of appreciation for the night I performed but it also shined a light on my perseverance for enduring all of the things I went through and overcame to get to this point. 

Even now, with me navigating through some unusual circumstances, I made a promise to myself to use every experience as fuel to take me places I've never been. I'm really excited for what's next.
